On the launch day, please do not call to book your ticket unless you really need the technical help. We are not set up to book tickets over the phone so it would be a much slower process, meaning if there is a rush for tickets you risk missing out on your preferred class choice.

MASTERCLASS TICKETS - £499 inc VAT
​Each two-day masterclass is £499 (incl VAT).​ You can take up to three masterclasses.
This includes:

all materials you need - yes, the price includes all materials needed including silver clay

Some of the classes include use of speciality tools during the class, but you will need to bring your standard metal clay tool kit. We will send you a list with your confirmation.
DEMO DAY TICKETS - £109 inc VAT
The Demo day ticket will be £109 (incl VAT).​
This includes:

demos/talks from our three tutors
- light buffet lunch and coffee/tea

Initially Demo Day Tickets will only be open to people also booked onto a masterclass. If there are spaces free closer to the event we will make tickets available to non-delegates.​

Tickets are subject to UK VAT (a compulsory tax paid to the government), the ticket prices above are shown including this 20% tax. This is payable by all delegates, as the event is taking place in the UK.
When you come to book the class, the prices will show without VAT on the booking page, and the VAT will be added in the cart before you check out.

Accessibility
If you have accessibility needs, please get in touch so we can advise you of the venue to make sure it will work for you. The classes take place on the second floor of the building, to which there is lift access. There are toilets on the same floor with limited space, and there is a larger accessible toilet downstairs (via lift).​

Meals
Your class ticket includes a light lunch and coffee/tea on both days. Water will be served with the lunch. It will be a simple (but tasty) lunch. We will supply options suitable for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free. For any severe food allergies you may wish to bring your own lunch. Fridge and microwave is available.
​
Tools
We will publish a list of tools you will need to bring to the your class. Please ensure you bring the required tools or you will struggle to complete the class!
We strongly recommend you bring a rechargeable light for your work station, and good magnification as some of the work you will do can be small and detailed - we all know how frustrating it is when you can't see your work properly! A strong pair of simple reading glasses will do the trick.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your payment will appear on your statement as "Metal Clay Ltd".

Cancellations & Refunds:

Tickets can be cancelled and refunded until 1 May 2025, subject to a 5% processing fee.

From 1 May 2025, tickets are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that the organisers cancel, change the date, or change the location of the event.

If a tutor is unable to attend, we will arrange an alternative; ticket refunds will not be issued in this case.

We strongly recommend having insurance to cover travel, accommodation, and other expenses in case of cancellation.

Ticket Use & Transfers:

Tickets are for personal attendance only.

You may transfer or resell your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend. You must notify us if you transfer your ticket to someone else.

Event Changes:
Metal Clay Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the published programme if necessary. -
Photography & Media:

Photographs and/or video footage will be taken during the event for promotional purposes, including print, editorial, advertising, social media, and websites.

If you do not wish to be included, you must notify us in writing before the event.

Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control):

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil disturbances, terrorism, fire, floods, strikes, government actions, or venue unavailability.

In such cases, ticket fees will not be refunded.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disruptions, but we are not responsible for any losses, costs, or expenses incurred by ticket holders. We strongly recommend taking out appropriate insurance.
